What is the maximum capacity of the Barn?
The Upper Level meeting venue/meeting space and outdoor deck have a maximum capacity of 130. Any event over 100 requires an All-Barn rental to ensure that capacity is not exceeded. Please keep in mind that capacity includes not only guests, but caterers and other vendors as well. 

What does it cost to rent the Barn?
Fees can be found in the fee schedule included in the Barn Rental Policy.

Can I have alcohol at my event at the Barn?
Alcohol is only allowed if an alcohol special permit has been issued. These permits are only issued to renters who have contracted with a Township-approved caterer. Only the caterer can provide and serve alcohol. 

Is the Barn air-conditioned?
Yes.

How far in advance must I request a reservation?
Reservation requests must be submitted at least 30 days before your requested date.

Where can I find the list of Township-approved caterers? 
The list of pre-approved caterers is: Bloom Southern Kitchen, Epicurean Garage, Liberty Union, and Montesano Brothers. For alcohol only service PJ Bartending is pre-approved.
